Surge Trek reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. High-Capacity Battery Safety, Heat & Water Ingress Warning

LITHIUM BATTERY SAFETY & HEAT HAZARD WARNING: Never leave high-capacity battery units exposed to direct sunlight inside a closed vehicle in ambient Australian summer heat exceeding 45°C. Excessive heat triggers built-in thermal safety shutdowns and degrades cell longevity. Always operate units in well-ventilated areas. Water Resistance Disclosure: While ruggedized models feature IP67 ingress protection against rain and splashing, waterproof port flaps MUST be fully and securely sealed before contact with moisture; never submerge operating devices in water or connect charging cords with damp ports. Surge Trek is not liable for thermal shutdowns caused by smothered vents, battery damage resulting from operating in unventilated vehicle boots, or electrical shorts caused by wet charging ports.
